Navutilus AutoPermissions utility new version 1.00 released. Effective and powerful tool allows analysing/generating security role required by Form, Report or other object of your interest from its inner structure. Just point to the object and this tool will make sure your security role is sufficient and without redundant permissions to handle with this object and will show why it is so. This utility shows data accompanying the permission analysis so it can save you a lot of time spent for digging into source code. Be sure your object variables which are not actually used will be detected by Navutilus AutoPermissions easily.

Did you know that simply granting permission to edit NAV table to some user probably won't make him happy when he needs to? You must take into account TableRelation and ValidateTableRelation property of each field in this table. This is because the NAV reads the related table when validating any field with TableRelation and ValidateTableRelation=yes. And there's a good few of such subtle details you must be aware of when editing permission roles manually.
